Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS)
(Texas)
White Hawk (Allen, Texas) is currently seeking a RPLS with 4 to 8 years experience in boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction layout, geodetic and control surveys, aerial photogrammetry, GIS services, route surveys, and as-built surveys. Prefer TxDOT pre-certifications including but not limited to: 15.1.1 Right of Way Surveys; 15.2.1 Design Survey; 15.2.2 Construction Survey; 15.3.3 Terrestrial LiDAR; 15.3.5 Horizontal and Vertical Control; 15.3.6 Airborne LiDAR.
Familiarity with TxDOT practice is preferred. Experience with Oklahoma DOT is a plus.
Must be proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads, GeoPak, and ProjectWise software along with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) Must be proficient with data collection using GPS and Robotic Total Station equipment and thorough knowledge and adherence to Surveyor ethics, principles, and practices of surveying.
Survey CAD Technician F/T
(Oklahoma)
White Hawk (Norman, Oklahoma) is seeking full-time Survey CAD Technicians. We are looking for individuals experienced in Easement/Right of Way preparation, Design Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Construction Layout, and ALTA surveys. The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of highly skilled Professional Land Surveyors and title specialists.
Education / Training:
5 years of experience within a land survey division or firm OR 5 to 10 years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief within a land survey division or firm AND
Experience: Preparing Right of Way plans and legal descriptions. Knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys and creating automated linework and symbols from a digital field bookOklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) is required.
Preferably proficient in MicroStation / InRoads / OpenRoads and Microsoft Office. 3D Extraction experience is a plus.

Civil Engineer/ Structural - Bridge Engineer
White Hawk (Allen, Texas) is currently seeking a Project Bridge Engineer for the Texas Transportation Team. BSCE is required; MSCE is a plus. The position requires 5-6 years design experience, and a current Texas PE registration. You will work directly with the Structural Team Leader providing engineering and technical design. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining client and industry partner relationships, assist with developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and providing project deliverables that meet quality standards.

White Hawk (Allen, Texas) is currently seeking Engineering-In-Training candidates with 0-5 years of experience delivering roadway design projects for public clients. A BSCE is required; must have passed the Fundamentals Exam (FE). Proficiency in Microstation, and GeoPak, and/or AutoCAD and Civil 3D; OpenRoads experience is a plus. Roadway/ Structural Engineer 1
Roadway/Structural Engineer 1 – Texas-based Civil Engineering Firm headquartered in Norman, OK. Will work primarily in the Allen, TX, office. Some overnight travel in TX and OK may be necessary. Duties require performing roadway and structural engineering design, preparing schematics and PS&E packages, and performing utilities’ field surveys and bridge inspections. Will be involved in client interaction, marketing, and the prep of business proposals. Must have a bachelor’s in civil engineering and 4 years of work experience with transportation engineering design OR a master’s in civil engineering and 1-year engineering design experience. Work experience must have included roadway design. Must have a Texas Engineer-In-Training certification or at least 6 months of work experience with bridge inspections and land surveying. Knowledge of MicroStation, GeoPak, and/or transport AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and OpenRoads engineering software. Knowledge may be demonstrated by professional certification, 3 hours of coursework, and/or 6 months’ work experience. All work experience requirements may be gained concurrently.
