Roadway Project Engineer / Deputy Project Manager Transportation
White Hawk (Allen, Texas) is currently seeking a Roadway Project Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience in roadway design and PS&E preparation for transportation infrastructure projects. Texas PE preferred; ability to obtain Texas PE within 6 months is required. Familiarity with TxDOT and NTTA practice is required. TxDOT pre-certifications preferred. Proficiency in Microstation, GeoPak, and ProjectWise softwares, and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) is required. OpenRoads experience is a plus.
Roadway Senior Engineer - Transportation
White Hawk (Allen, Texas) is currently seeking a Senior Engineer with 10+ years of experience in roadway design and Schematic / PS&E preparation for transportation infrastructure projects. Texas PE is required. Familiarity with TxDOT and NTTA practice is required. Experience with Oklahoma DOT is a plus. Engineer-In-Training (EIT) - Transportation
White Hawk (Allen, Texas) is currently seeking Engineering-In-Training candidates with 0-5 years of experience delivering roadway design projects for public clients. A BSCE is required; must have passed the Fundamentals Exam (FE). Proficiency in Microstation, and GeoPak, and/or AutoCAD and Civil 3D; OpenRoads experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) is required.
Civil Engineer/ Structural - Bridge Engineer
White Hawk (Allen, Texas) is currently seeking a Project Bridge Engineer for the Texas Transportation Team. BSCE is required; MSCE is a plus. The position requires 5-6 years design experience, and a current Texas PE registration. You will work directly with the Structural Team Leader providing engineering and technical design. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining client and industry partner relationships, assist with developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and providing project deliverables that meet quality standards.

Survey Crew Chief (Oklahoma)
White Hawk (Oklahoma) is seeking a Field Crew Chief with experience collecting topographical data, performing property surveys, establishing survey control, and performing construction layouts. High School Diploma or GED required; Valid driver's license required. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work with little to no direct supervision. Experience: 3+ years in a survey crew chief or management role in a transportation engineering firm or Department of Transportation - Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) experience preferred. Associate degree in Survey Technology or working toward a degree, Land Survey Certificate, or SIT certification are bonuses

Survey CAD Technician F/T
(Oklahoma)
White Hawk is seeking full-time Survey CAD Technicians for our Moore, Oklahoma office. We are looking for individuals experienced in Easement/Right of Way preparation, Design Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Construction Layout, and ALTA surveys. The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of highly skilled Professional Land Surveyors and title specialists.
Education / Training:
5 years of experience within a land survey division or firm OR 5 to 10 years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief within a land survey division or firm AND
Experience: Preparing Right of Way plans and legal descriptions. Knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys and creating automated linework and symbols from a digital field bookOklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) is required.
Preferably proficient in MicroStation / InRoads / OpenRoads and Microsoft Office. 3D Extraction experience is a plus.

White Hawk (Allen, Texas) is currently seeking Survey Crew Members (entry to mid-level) to collect topographical data, perform property surveys, establish survey control, and perform construction layouts. Requires a high school diploma or GED; post-high-school training is a plus. Surveying experience is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check and drug screening. Will need to be able to carry up to 50 lbs. and to work outside and in various field terrains and weather conditions.
